By accessing and using KMAPP Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access our services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
3. Service Description
KMAPP Solutions provides data integration, AI/ML solutions, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and strategic consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KMAPP Solutions and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to some features to users. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the services without notice.
7. Payment Terms
Certain services require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the website for the services you select. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, upon notice to you if such change may affect your existing subscriptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KMAPP Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KMAPP Solutions and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Agreement
By using KMAPP Solutions' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
